Jill is active in the Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate practices of the firm. Her practice focuses are commercial transactions with an emphasis in drafting and negotiating multi-state real estate leases and related documents. Jill has experience in handling a variety of commercial real estate purchase and sales transactions, as well as, a diverse range of business and corporate law matters. She also works on copyright and trademark applications, and handles creditor rights issues in bankruptcy matters. Additionally, Jill has experience in commercial and civil litigation matters.
Jill is a Trustee of the Paramus Regional Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation, actively participates in the Hudson-Bergen Inn of Transactional Counsel, and is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Committee. Jill graduated from the Justice Morris Pashman Chapter of American Inns of Court, Bergen County, in June 2006.
Jill received her undergraduate B.A. in Political Science at Seton Hall University and her J.D. at Pace University School of Law. She is admitted in New Jersey, New York and the U.S District Court for the District of New Jersey.
